I'm a gospel song leader and a 28 year guitar player and these above chords are correct except there is a B minor in there too.
DeleteI actually bar at 4th fret and play out of C then the minor chord would be A minor. This is it :

On the modulation part on the word broken it is

If I play with no capo what would the Am need to be?
